Goadsby - Retail Letting - Tidworth

Goadsby, acting on behalf of Tesco Stores Ltd have let two of the new shop units adjoining the new 50,000 sq ft Tesco store, Station Road, Tidworth.

Jointly with Morgan Williams, Goadsby have let Unit 1 to Subway paying £17,500 per annum for 857 sq ft and Unit 2 to Shaw Trust paying £18,000 per annum for 783 sq ft.

Both are now open and enjoying the uplift in trade created by the highly successful Tesco store which has transformed this area of the town.
