Fisher Hargreaves Proctor - Retail Letting - Sutton in Ashfield

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been instructed to become letting agents in respect of the Idlewells Shopping Centre, Sutton in Ashfield.

The Idlewells Centre comprises 126,000ft² of retail space providing a total of 44 shops.

The scheme is anchored by New Look, Woolworths and Argos and is home to a number of national retailers including Superdrug, Boots, Peacocks, Bon Marche, Body Care, Partners, to name but a few.

Ben Tebbutt, Partner at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

"We were especially pleased to be instructed on this scheme which is owned by The Royal Mail Pension Trustees Ltd. FHP had to pitch against a number of other regional agents."

Mr Tebbutt added "We are keen to grow our Shopping Centre department and add to our current instructions, The Broadmarsh Centre (Nottingham), The Priory Shopping Centre (Worksop) and now the Idlewells Centre (Sutton in Ashfield)."

Steve Young, surveyor within the Retail & Leisure Department added "There are several opportunities available within the Centre with units ranging from 420ft² to 4,000ft², and we are looking forward to adding to the strong tenant line up with further independent and multiple retailers."
