Property consultants Alder King have let Unit 1 Tramway Industrial Estate in Banbury.

They have assigned the existing lease to the famous gunsmith and supplier William Powell Ltd and surveying practice J M Osborne and Co.

William Powell makes exclusive handmade shotguns for customers across the world. Established in 1802, they also sell shooting accessories, footwear, country clothing and fishing tackle. J M Osborne and Co are Banbury based chartered surveyors, leisure business consultants and land agents.

Unit 1 is an industrial property extending to 7,720 sq ft. It is located in an established commercial area on the Tramway Industrial Estate, close to the town centre of Banbury. Nearby occupiers include the VW approved service centre, Wagner Spraytech, Magnet, SH Jones Wines and Travis Perkins.
