Land Securities - Retail - Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre

Land Securities has taken a surrender of a lease from Shoe Express and has simultaneously let the unit to DSG Retail Limited for its new computer software operation trading as @jakarta, at Unit 9 of the White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds which it owns in association with Evans of Leeds and Yorkshire Water Estates Limited.

The 238 sq m (2,562 sq ft) unit with additional 74 sq m (800 sq ft) storage space has been let on a new 15-year lease with a three-month rent-free period at a rent of £185,000 p.a.

Land Securities acted on its own behalf, Donaldsons, incorporating Donald Bortolozzo Griffiths, represented DSG Retail Limited and lan Scott & Co advised Shoe Express.
