Lambert Smith Hampton - Industrial Letting - UK

Representing DSA (Driving Standards Authority), industrial agents at Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH's) Manchester office have completed two more acquisitions.

The first is the acquisition of Blackburn MPTC, Blackburn Interchange, a 6,000 sq. ft. building located on a 2.5 acre site. The property was acquired by way of a 40 year lease from Pendle Bracken Developments.

The second acquisition is of Atherton MPTC & LGV Testing Centre in Gibfield Park, Atherton, Wigan, acquired from ROK Developments. The 8,000 sq. ft. premises, situated on a 2.5 acre site has also been let on a 40 year lease.
