AJBC - Offices Development - Ascot, Berkshire

Date: 28 Aug 2008

A new business centre, which is due to open in Sunninghill, Ascot, at the end of August, is hoping to help attract jobs, small businesses and business start-ups to the area.

The AJBC centre at the Crossways will provide serviced office accommodation, plus meeting rooms and mailbox facilities, all available on flexible terms. "Despite a so called credit crunch, small businesses are thriving in Berkshire, but there is a desperate need for flexible managed workspace which they can rent for short periods such as a week or a month," comments Ajay Nehra, managing director of AJBC.

"Customers don't need to make any long term financial commitments and we've removed the hassle factor normally involved with finding office space. In fact, in most cases clients can view an office and move in the very same day.

"This new business centre will follow the successful pattern developed at our centre in Wembley and will provide small businesses looking to locate to the area with easy access to cost-effective and high quality serviced office space with the inherent ability to change the size of their workspace and the length of tenancy to meet the demands of their business. Small businesses are finding it difficult to make long term plans in the current financial climate, so the flexibility our centre will provide is the perfect solution to their needs.

"The centre may also prove attractive to those individuals that work from home, but would like to turn their home office into living space as we have single-occupant workspace that can be rented on a very cost-effective basis.

"There's a shortage of serviced office space in the area and with our close proximity to Sunningdale and Ascot we believe that we have the right mix of services to help small businesses grow and prosper in the area. In addition, to offices we also have meeting rooms which can be rented by the hour or day to provide a professional environment in which to hold for everything from team briefings and products launches through to training and recruitment sessions.

"We'll also be offering a mailbox and mail forwarding service for those mobile businesses or individuals that work from home that will benefit from having a 'virtual' presence at a prestigious business address.
