Savills - Appointment - Dusseldorf, Germany

Savills has recruited into its investment team in Dusseldorf, reflecting its overall expansion plans for the North-Rhine-Westfalia market.

Dr. Matthias Radetzki has joined as senior consultant into the investment team to focus on the key cities of the Ruhr-area including Essen, Duisburg and Dortmund, working from the Dusseldorf office. Previously a long-term branch manager for the Ruhr area at Atisreal GmbH in Essen, and most recently a managing director of his own consulting company, Dr. Matthias Radetzki has an extensive knowledge of the investment business in this area.

Uwe Willer, managing director and head of Savills' Dusseldorf, says: "We are delighted to secure Dr. Matthias Radetzki, a well-known figure with over 20 years of market experience for the Ruhr-area. He will make an important contribution to the company´s expansion activities in the North-Rhine-Westfalia market."

Savills opened its Dusseldorf office in May of this year through the acquisition of the White GmbH team. Savills also has offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich.
