Alder King - Appointment - Exeter

Dominic Rosenbaum, a long standing member of the retail and leisure team at Alder King Bristol, will relocate to their Exeter office in September. There he will be joining the well established and award winning agency team.

Dominic has specialised in retail acquisitions and disposal work across the South West and nationwide for retained clients of the practice. His move will allow him to further develop and support Alder King's agency activities and development activities at Exeter and throughout the South West.

Dominic has worked for Alder King since 2004 and originally joined as a graduate surveyor at their Taunton office.

Ralph Collison, partner in Alder King's Exeter office said: "We are delighted to welcome Dominic into our team. He has extensive retail experience and will be instrumental in helping us grow our retail presence in the region, whilst also assisting with other key agency and development instructions."
