Strutt & Parker LLP - Retail Letting - Durham

Strutt & Parker, acting on behalf of Safeguard Ltd, has taken a surrender of Arcadia's lease at 7/8 Silver Street, Durham and relet the retail space to Cotswold Outdoor Limited. The outdoor clothing and equipment company has taken a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £152,500 per annum.

The 100% prime retail premises comprise some 2,327 sq ft on ground floor and 3,183 sq ft on first floor.

CBRE acted for Arcadia and Cotswold Outdoor represented themselves.
