Lambert Smith Hampton - Offices Sale - England, Leeds

AMIDST difficult market conditions the first office sale has been secured at One Brewery Wharf, located on the south side of Leeds City Centre on the banks of the River Aire.

National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) brokered the deal for the 3,000 sq ft grade A office space, which sees Leeds-based design agency DS. Emotion take ownership of the property in October 2008.
