LaSalle Investment Management has let 2 floors (over 36,000 sq ft) at Ibex House, 42-47 Minories, EC3.
The 1930's Art Deco building has undergone a comprehensive floor by floor refurbishment programme, with further works carried out to the entrance and common parts. The Fairtrade Foundation has taken 16,232 sq ft on the 3rd floor, on a 10 year lease with a break option at the 5th year, on undisclosed terms. The not for profit organisation, which is committed to tackling poverty and injustice through trade, will be moving its headquarters to the building.
Field Fisher Waterhouse, the European Law Firm, have committed to a further 21,334 sq ft on the 5th floor, in addition to the 40,000 sq ft they already occupy in the building. Terms remain undisclosed.
