Property consultants Alder King have confirmed that accountants CC Williams will be the first occupiers of brand new office development, Westfield Park in Clevedon.

Built by PMH Developments Ltd this year, Westfield Park has created ten new office buildings totalling 20,554 sq ft, next to Junction 20 on the M5.

Joint letting agent Alder King has completed the first deal on the park, letting the ground floor of Unit 2 to local company CC Williams Accountants. CC Williams have taken the 1,467 sq ft office suite on a new ten year lease and will move from their High Street premises to the business park shortly.

Jonathan Rodaway, senior surveyor at Alder King, commented: "The outskirts of Clevedon are a very popular location for businesses looking for brand new office premises, whilst avoiding the price premiums that city centre buildings attract.
