Mapleaf Property Investments - Offices Sale - London Bridge, London

Mapleaf Property Investments, advised by E A Shaw, has sold its freehold investment in Octavia House, 54 Ayres Street, London SE1 to The Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF) for £1.8 million.

The property, located near London Bridge, comprises 6,350 sq ft (590 sq m) of office space which will be used as GGF's Headquarter and is to undergo a complete refurbishment and extension to create a new top floor providing an additional 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m).
