GL Hearn, continues its rapid and successful growth with the appointment of Katie Dean as Development Executive. Complementing the Manchester offices first-rate retail, planning and building consultancy teams, Katie will head up the development consultancy service in the Mixed Use Development and Investment team.

With extensive and in-depth experience, Katie will work alongside developers, investors, private clients and companies to manage acquisitions, disposals and developments for a wide variety of properties and sites, advising on both development and strategic investments within all property sectors.

Katie joins GL Hearn from Ask Property Developments, where she was Senior Land & Development Executive, responsible for the acquisition programme for Ask Life and the national roll out of Abito, a multi-award winning city centre development in Manchester.
