Property consultants Alder King have acquired a flagship London showroom in Baker Street, Westminster on behalf of HF Group.

HF Group, are the largest manufacturer and retailer of fitted home furniture in the UK, well known through their established high street brands of Sharps Bedrooms, Moben Kitchens and Dolphin Bathrooms.

The showroom is located at the southern end of Baker Street, close to the junction of Wigmore Street, which is an established trading position for bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture retailers. It extends to approximately 2,800 sq ft and has been taken on a new 15 year lease at an undisclosed rental.

HF Group will relocate to the new showroom from existing premises located in Baker Street. The new premises will provide them with the space to display their latest products across all three brands, in an impressive new retail environment.

Dominic Rosenbaum, surveyor at Alder King commented: "We are delighted to have been able to assist HF Group in acquiring a new flagship showroom to replace their existing store. Baker Street is an established trading location for home improvement retailers and will provide an ideal position for HF Group to launch their new look combined bathroom, kitchen and bedroom designs."
