Clerical Medical Investment Group advised by Atisreal has let a 5,054 sq ft industrial unit on the Bridgend Industrial Estate to iXUS Industries.

iXUS Industries supplies a full range of services for any business IT requirements. iXUS is renting Unit 33 Bennett Street, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend. It has taken a five year lease and is paying £4.50 per sq ft. The semi-detached unit consists of an office, reception and warehouse space.
