Aitchison Raffety - Industrial Sale - Wallingford, Oxfordshire

The final sale in the small industrial unit scheme developed by Allied Commercial and Ravenbourne in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford has now completed. The OYO business units scheme which provides 21 industrial units from 1,200 - 3,230 sq ft (approx sizes) was completed in 2006 and has brought new companies to Wallingford as well as proving popular with existing Wallingford enterprises who have taken the opportunity to upgrade or expand their presence in the town.

The average price per square foot achieved was £116 GEA.

Aitchison Raffety, Haslams and VSL acted as joint agents. Abdul Jambo of Aitchison Raffety commented: "we were delighted to be involved with this scheme and pleased to have sold 49 per cent of the space. I believe Aitchison Raffety was able to sell the majority of the units because we were marketing the scheme from both our Oxford and High Wycombe offices and had a far greater reach than the other agents."
