Lambert Smith Hampton - Offices Other - Capitol Park, Morley
Date: 04 Sep 2008
National Commercial Property Consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has recently completed the refurbishment of 4,200 sq ft of office space at Raynham House, Capitol Park, Morley, on behalf of the NHS.
The £120,000 fit out included offices, conference rooms, and the installation of specialist microscopes and multi headers, along with state-of-the-art audio visual teaching facilities.
LSH's Leeds office provided advice on the space planning and project management of the refurbishment works, ensuring that they fully met regulatory compliance while maintaining operational functionality.
The newly refurbished space is home to The North East Yorkshire and The Humber Quality Assurance Reference Centre (QARC) and the East Pennine Cytology Training Centre (EPCTC), and is designed to deliver an extensive and high-quality range of training initiatives and programmes to the NHS Cervical Screening Programme.
Paul Hartrick, a Director at LSH's Leeds office, said: "This was a complex refurbishment project that required a detailed knowledge of our client's requirements. With our specialist advice, the QARC and EPCTC are now able to provide specialist teaching facilities from one, state-of-the-art location."
Michelle Wilson at the NHS added: "The co-location of the QARC and EPCTC at Raynham House has created an opportunity to make efficiency savings and more effective use of accommodation within a modern high specification location."
QARC, together with the East Pennine Cytology Training Centre (EPCTC) moved into Capitol Park in August.
