Alder King - Industrial Letting - Swindon, England

Property consultants Alder King have let another unit at Swindon's Station Industrial Estate.

Shop fit out company General Plus took Unit B12 at the estate, which extends to 3,500 sq ft, on a new three year lease at an undisclosed rental.

General Plus has relocated their business to Swindon from Weston Super Mare, after winning several contracts in the area.

Alison Williams, senior surveyor at Alder King commented: "General Plus needed a regional presence in Swindon. This is a great example of inward investment in the town."

Station Industrial Estate is situated in Swindon town centre, within walking distance of the railway station, bus station and town centre retail and leisure facilities.

The estate, which is owned by Spacia, consists of a range of self contained industrial/workshop units formed from a sub division and refurbishment of the historic railway works. The units are available on flexible terms and are particularly attractive to start ups.
