Aberdeen solicitors and estate agents, Rowson & Associates, has expanded into new premises on Holburn Street, Aberdeen, after purchasing a 2 floor 1400 sq ft building. The firm has also extended its property services by launching a new leasing division due to client demand.

In its 2nd year of trading, the company has built an impressive list of clients requiring legal and property services and celebrated its first birthday earlier this year with £30million of property transactions. With a team of 4, including the appointment of Solicitor Lynne Anderson earlier this year, the firm services residential and commercial clients throughout Scotland.

Previously based in leased offices on Carden Place, the purchase of the new premises has been a significant investment for the firm.

Miss Julie Rowson, director, said: "We are delighted to now be operating in our new premises on Holburn street and we feel the office is an ideal base for our future growth. As a young firm in a competitive market, we have grown our client base through referral alone and we are delighted to now be providing leasing expertise for the many individuals who require these services. It has been a positive year so far."

Rowson & Associates was founded by Miss Rowson in early 2007. A qualified solicitor, she has focused on private client work for the past eight years. The firm also specialises in commercial leasing transactions, re-mortgaging services and the preparation of wills.
