Innes England, on behalf of a private client, has let two brand new units on the Crown Farm Industrial Estate in Mansfield.

The plot of 1.5 acres incorporates two units offering a total of 7,500 sq ft of flexible accommodation with roller shutter doors, WC and office facilities all within a fenced secure yard.

Both have been let to The Pre-Wired Conduit Company on an eight-year lease. The organisation is the leading manufacturer and supplier of fully tested and approved BS 8436 cables, Flexishield, to the UK Electrical contracting industry.
