In one of the biggest property deals in Glasgow this year, Ryden, for clients Daejan Holdings plc, has secured a pre-let of the 34,000 sq ft office at 2 Cadogan Sq, Glasgow to outsourced contact centre services specialist beCogent Ltd, at a rental of £16.50 per sq ft plus car parking on a 10-year lease. beCogent was represented by Knight Frank.

Ewan Cameron of Ryden commented: "We are delighted to have pre-let the whole property to such a highly successful company. The self contained building is being refurbished and will provide beCogent with excellent quality open plan space that is ideally suited to their planned expansion with full operation by December".

Daejan will shortly refurbish 22,000 sq ft of offices in the adjacent 1 Cadogan Sq providing suites from around 5,000 sq ft. along with up to 22 car spaces.
