Ryden - Offices Sale - Clifton Moor, York

Ryden, for Prestigic Holdings Limited, has successfully acquired the freehold investment of a new 23,000 sq ft facility at Centurion Office Park, Clifton Moor in York for £2.41 million. The sale represents a net initial yield of over 7%.

The newly built facility has 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space, a 3,200 sq ft laboratory, and 3,200 sq ft of offices, all of which complement approximately 6,610 sq ft of existing offices that sat on the site prior to development.

The vendors, Keyland Gregory, prelet the entire facility to global company Adva Optical Networking for a 15-year term.
