Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd has achieved two new lettings at the Wrekin Retail Park next to Junction 6 of the M54 motorway in Telford.

Legal & General had taken back Units C and G and undertaken simultaneous lettings to WEW, 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) and SportsWorld, 800 sq m (8,600 sq ft). Rental levels on the scheme are £135 per sq m (£12.50 per sq ft).

GVA Grimley advised Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd while Charles Price & Co advised WEW and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan advised SportsWorld.
