Two additional senior executives have been promoted to associate directors at CNP, one of the UK's leading specialist building and project consultants, further strengthening the company's surveying capability in the South.

Justin Vivian worked as a senior building surveyor with both Drivers Jonas and Robert Edwards Associates before joining CNP in 2003. Justin is based at Esher and his new responsibilities include heading up a team of building surveyors and liaising with directors on client issues, team performance and fees.

Stephen Barker, joined CNP in 2004 from Nelson Bakewell, where he was employed as a chartered surveyor. The promotion to associate director will see Stephen managing a building surveying team and undertaking key client management for organisations such as Protego Real Estate Investors.
