Cluttons - Offices General - Southampton

Chartered surveyors and property consultants Cluttons, has relocated the offices of it's Hampshire planning & regeneration team from Romsey to Southampton following the sale of the firm's rural business earlier this year.

After 12 successful years in Romsey, the planning & regeneration team has moved to Number 8, West Links, Tollgate Business Park, Chandler's Ford, Southampton.

Commenting on the move, Bob Hull, a partner in the Land & development division, who heads up the Southampton team said, "It was difficult leaving Romsey but the move to Southampton will help the team to expand into new areas, while being better placed to service our clients needs more readily and to provide them with a fast track through the planning system."

The new Southampton office complements Cluttons' other planning teams in London and Maidstone, providing a wide range of planning services, covering the commercial, residential, leisure, education and health sectors. It is part of the firm's new Land & development division created in April 2008, which also provides development consultancy and agency services, predominantly in the south of England.
