Redevco has made the headlines by securing blue chip tenant, Thomson Reuters at its landmark office building, 40 Princes Street, Edinburgh.
The recently merged firm which is the world's leading source of news and finance information for business and professionals is consolidating into a single office. It is taking 3,700 sq ft on a 10 year lease at a rent of £27.50 per sq ft.
40 Princes Street was developed by Redevco as a major retail and office scheme offering high quality accommodation directly across from Waverley Station with spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle.
The building is now almost fully let as Thomson Reuters joins other high profile office tenants including Aberdeen Asset Management, CMC Markets and Davis Langdon.
