Loveday and Loveday - Industrial Letting - Chippenham, Wiltshire

Acting on behalf of Grice Property, Loveday and Loveday have let Units T1 and T2 at the Bath Road Trade Centre in Chippenham to Chiesi Farmaceutici SPA.

Chiesi was founded in Palma in 1935 and is an international company in the pharmaceutical market with over 3,000 employees. They have a particular focus on research and development.

The Bath Road Trade Centre is a new development of three terraced units, completed earlier in 2008. Chiesi now occupy Units T1 and T2 which provide a total of 5,326 ft².
