Savills - Leisure Letting - Bradford, West Yorkshire

The Leisure Fund Limited Partnership, advised by Savills, has let a unit at Bradford Leisure Exchange to Heng Jia Group (UK).

The restaurant operator, who will trade as Real China, has agreed a new 15-year lease on the unit totalling 3,190 sq ft (296 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £68,585.

David Bell, associate director at Savills comments: "Real China will add a new dimension to the existing tenant mix at Bradford Leisure Exchange, which includes Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl and Frankie & Benny's."

Heng Jia Group was represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook.
