CBRE Investors has appointed Savills to asset manage The Boardwalk at Port Solent in Portsmouth.

The retail and leisure scheme, which totals 173,657sq ft (16,133sq m), comprises a host of restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities that include an Odeon cinema, Fenwicks, Snow & Rock and Spice Quay.
