The letting of 2 industrial units at Wigwam Lane, Hucknall have completed within a week of each other at Enterprise Park, Hucknall. Acting on behalf of Lightstone Properties, Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor negotiated terms with Michael Castles Motor Body Repairs and Kelly Communications.
Michael Castle was the first Tenant to sign taking on Unit E5 which extends to approximately 1,500ft² and was taken at a rental equating to £5 per ft² for a term of 3 years. The unit appealed to Michael Castles because of the proximity of the site to Hucknall which is undergoing an exciting regeneration and its ease of access by all surrounding areas, assisted by its closeness to Junction 27 of the M1 Motorway.
Michal Castles commented:-
"I have been looking for a professionally presented unit to expand my motor body repair business for some time, and as a resident of Hucknall Imex Enterprise Park is perfect for me. I am very much looking forward to being a part of the community here and am very proud to be based in Hucknall".
Kelly Communications are relocating from Huthwaite and have taken on Unit C2 which extends to approximately 1,850ft² at a rental of £5 per ft² also for 3 years. Enterprise Park will be used as a base for their installation teams who operate on behalf of Virgin Media throughout the region.
Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor added:-
