Drivers Jonas - Appointment Development - London

Nigel Durman has joined Drivers Jonas as a partner in the London Development Consultancy team from Atisreal(previously known as Weatherall Green & Smith) where he was a shareholding director and headed up their Development & Residential Consulting department.

At DJ Nigel provides development consultancy, valuation and agency advice on a wide range of property to both the public and private sectors. Much of Nigel's experience has been gained in advising on the rationalisation of public sector estate, in particular the NHS and Defence Estates. He acts for a range of clients including Defence Estates, British Waterways, RWE NPower, Royal Mail, Network Rail and many NHS Trusts. He also advises on major residential schemes and has acted as an expert witness and Independent Expert.

Nigel has 27 years' experience in practice and qualified at Gerald Eve. Previously Nigel was seconded to North West Thames Regional Health Authority to advise on strategic property matters and served as a Non-Executive Director of Bromley Health Authority. Nigel is a former founding member and past chairman of the Residential Development Agents Society.
