Alder King - Retail Sale - Bedford, England

Property consultants Alder King have acquired a prominent High Street store in Bedford on behalf of HF Group.

HF Group will take 73 High Street, a ground floor shop extending to 1,889 sq ft, by assignment of a 15 year lease at a rental passing of £35,000 per annum exclusive.

HF Group is the largest manufacturer and retailer of fitted home furniture in the UK and is well known through the established high street brands of Sharps Bedrooms, Moben Kitchens and Dolphin Bathrooms.

HF Group will relocate to the new showroom from existing premises located in Bedford. Their new premises will provide them with the space to display their latest products across all three brands, in an impressive new retail environment.

HF Group's new store is prominently located in the High Street, opposite Debenhams. Nearby occupiers include national brands Laura Ashley, Ryman, Pizza Hut and Next.

Landlord Bedford Developments Ltd was represented by Abbey Ross of Northampton. Tenant HF Group was represented by Alder King, Bristol.
