Brixton plc, has let unit 5, Nelson Trade Park, Merton SW 19 to Toolstation Ltd on a new ten year lease.

The trade counter facility extends to 5,968 ft² and has been let on a lease that excludes the provisions of Sections 24-28 L & T Act 1954, at a rent equating to £12.00 ft². The rent will be subject to a mid-term upward only rent review.

King Sturge advised Brixton plc. Toolstation joins Plumbase, Staples and Howden Joinery on the estate.
