Savills - Retail Letting - Exeter, England

Land Securities, advised by Savills and Alder King, has let 12 Sidwell Street in Exeter to Sainsbury's.

The convenience store retailer has agreed a new 15-year lease on the unit with a ground floor trading area of 3,000 sq ft (278 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £97,500.

Peter Clayton, director at Savills, comments:
"Located within a strong retail area close to Waterstones, Peacocks and Poundland, this pitch presented an attractive offer for Sainsbury's."

Sainsbury's was represented by Larkman Edgcombe.
