Innes England has appointed two new recruits to the graduate training scheme to support their Nottingham office Retail and Business Space teams.

Charlotte Sawford, who has a degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, has joined the Retail and Roadside team as a Graduate Surveyor.

"I have already got involved in a couple of disposals for clients such as Pendragon, Multiyork and LS Reit. I am covering properties in the East and West Midlands and I am enjoying the practical experience I am gaining at Innes England," she said.

In addition, Mark Tomlinson has been recruited in to the Agency and Business Space team following a year's experience working at Mark Jenkinson and Son, a firm of surveyors and auctioneers in Sheffield.

Mark graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2007 with a degree in Business Property Management. He will be working on a range of letting and sales of industrial and office premises in the region.

Robert Hartley, Managing Director at Innes England said: "Both new members of staff will receive the support of Innes England's accredited RICS development programme as they undertake their Assessment of Professional Competence to qualifying as Chartered Surveyors."
