City Living Developments - Appointment - England

As part of City Living Developments growth strategy the company has recruited Tristan Sargeaunt-Thomson as land and asset manager from Norwich Union Commercial Finance.

At Norwich Union Sargeaunt-Thomson was an account manager with the Public Private Finance Team which provides debt finance for specialist property developers including NHS LIFT and PFI projects.

At City Living his role will include seeking land and property purchase opportunities for its investment portfolio - City Living Healthcare Property, and for traditional residential and commercial development or a combination.

City Living Developments Garry Coaley said: "Tristan brings a valuable blend of enthusiasm and specialist knowledge to the business. He will be a key player in driving forward the business generally but particularly on the healthcare side which is dramatically expanding."
