The premises at 27 London Road, Reading, Berkshire, formerly occupied by the "Boozy Blues Bar' has been sold Freehold to a local developer.

Comprising approximately 2390 sq ft over ground, lst and 2nd floors, the premises attracted £105,000 from the buyer, who also purchased the adjoining residential development site.

The merged sites will now be developed to provide attractive flats over ground, lst and 2nd floors, together with attendant amenity space and car parking.

Chilvers Page acted on behalf of private clients in the sale of the premises and George Chilvers comments "Thankfully this small but significant site will now be developed to substantially improve the landscape in this part of London Road. The block has been left undeveloped for to long and was beginning to become something of an eyesore".
