Savills - Retail Letting - Clayton, Manchester

Subway, advised by Savills, has acquired space at a new retail development on Ashton New Road in Clayton, Manchester from landlord Aldi.

The sandwich retailer has agreed a 15-year lease on the store, which totals 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) and is located adjacent to a new Aldi supermarket currently under construction. Subway will pay an annual rent of £20,000.

Aldi was represented by Lamb & Co.
