Savills - Retail Letting - Headingley, Yorkshire

Topwell No. 3 and Topwell No. 4, advised by Savills, has let Unit 10 at The Arndale Centre in Headingley, Yorkshire to Cleartone Direct.

The retailer, who will trade as MermoryKing.com, has agreed a new 10-year lease on the store totalling 1,363 sq ft (127 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £41,500.

Steve Henderson, associate director at Savills, comments: "As a key retail scheme in Yorkshire with a good footfall and wealth of high profile tenants, The Arndale Centre presented the perfect location for MemoryKing.com to open its first store in the UK.

"In addition, The Arndale Centre will shortly commence a £2.5 million refurbishment programme that completes in January 2009 and will help to further strengthen the scheme's position as a prime retail destination."

Cleartone Direct was unrepresented.
