Jomast's commercial property arm has successfully secured four new national tenants in less than eight weeks despite a downturn in the economy.

UK recruitment agency, Manpower plc, national welfare to work agency, Reed in Partnership, and residential sales and lettings company, Martin & Co, have leased office space at Sun Alliance House, Albert Road, Middlesbrough.

Similarly, national disability training charity, Shaw Trust, has expanded its Newcastle operations and relocated to 2,700 sq ft, first floor offices at Gunner House, Neville Street.

Mark Hill, Jomast Commercial Property Manager, commented, "Despite uncertainty in the marketplace, these recent lettings show that there are still many organisations looking to expand or relocate their business during this time.
