Aitchison Raffety - Industrial Appointment - London and Birmingham

Aitchison Raffety is adding strength and depth to key areas with three appointments, two at its London office and one in Birmingham.

Adrian Phillips MRICS has been appointed as an in-house consultant based in London to concentrate on and expand the Asset Recovery department as well as adding further experience to the UK and European investment division.

For the past six years he has run his own consultancy and prior to that he was director of Asset Management at DTZ.

Paul Francis MRICS has been appointed as a commercial building surveyor, also based in London. His previous experience includes 14 years with Campsie and Company where he was an equity partner and four years with Gale & Power in Shepperton.

In Birmingham Aitchison Raffety has appointed Neil Allison MRICS as a valuation surveyor to assist in the development of the valuation business across the Midlands region. He was previously with Lexicon Surveyors and has also worked with Allison Rodgers & Marlow Surveyors and Ekins Surveyors.
