Josephine has retailer-side experience from Condal & Peñamil House, a cigar shop from Tenerife. She spent some time in the Canary Islands working closely with the most talented cigar rollers of the Islands and learning all about the art of this long-standing cigar making tradition.

She then joined Cushman & Wakefield's Lisbon office in 2002 and worked there for 4 years on various projects including the Freeport Designer Outlet and a number of other parks and shopping centres as well as tenant work on behalf of Triumph, Game and Footlocker.

Josephine moved to the Central London retail team at Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 working on acquisitions and disposals together with being involved in The Walk (Edinburgh).
She assisted a variety of overseas companies such as BSB Fashion, Parfois, Loft Design By, La Maison de Brune, Lumas, Perideo with their expansion in the UK.

Josephine will be increasing our activity in Central London and with a specific initiative to work with European retailers who are considering new sites / or expansion in the UK.

Josephine Sousa
