Merloni Domestic Appliances Ltd has sub-let part of its accommodation in Teal House on the Cowley Business Park to Axway (UK) Ltd at a rent of £22.50 ft².

The sub-lease, which has been drawn to exclude Ss 24-28, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, will run through to July 2013 without review. The area demised is on the second floor of the building and extends to 5,000 ft². A rent free period equating to twelve months was agreed.
