Expanding French patisserie, boulangerie and chocolaterie Maison Blanc has opened in Winchester High Street, Hampshire.
The chain has taken a 1,535 sq ft unit at 154 High Street on a 15-year lease at £87,500 pa. Originally created by Raymond Blanc in 1979, Maison Blanc now has 13 stores across southern England.
King Sturge and Jaggard Baker represented landlord Bloomsbury Properties; Liggins Thomas advised Maison Blanc.
