Expansionist fashion retailer Monsoon Accessorize has taken a 2,500 sq ft retail unit in Saffron Walden, Essex.

The ladies and childrenswear retailer has taken the store at 10 King Street on a 10-year lease at £92,500 pa.

King Sturge advised landlord Saffron Walden Estates while Savills represented Monsoon Accessorize.
