Savills - Appointment - Bristol
Date: 20 May 2009
International real estate advisor Savills has recently been appointed by South West developer Stopjoin as the letting agent at Island Trade Park in Bristol.
Located on the prominent Bristow Broadway the scheme, which totals approximately 11,000 sq ft (1,022 sq m), accommodates a range of new business units that each incorporate storage or workshop space on the ground floor with high quality office space located on the first floor. In addition, the units also benefit from a loading area, parking spaces and a roller shutter door.
Paul Williams, director at Savills' Bristol office, comments: "These business units not only offer highly specified new office space, but also a fantastic location within an established business park close to the M5 motorway. With just three units now remaining on flexible lease terms, we are expecting to see a strong demand from those companies seeking this perfect combination of quality business space in a prime location.
"We are very pleased with this new appointment and look forward to working with Stopjoin in order to achieve its objectives at the scheme."
Current occupants at the park are Coppas Controls and The Clifton Coffee Company.
Floorplates for the remaining units range from 2,420 sq ft (225 sq m) to 7,260 sq ft (674 sq m) with quoting rents starting at £12.00 per sq ft (£129 per sq m) on a net internal basis.
