Commercial Property Consultants Innes England is pleased to announce that graduate surveyor Scott Osborne, based in the Nottingham office, has successfully completed the Assessment of Professional Competence to be elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Innes England has a successful RICS accredited training programme which runs across their three regional offices.

Ann Segaram associate director at the firm heads up the training for the three offices. She said, "Our ongoing success is a result of our commitment to provide graduates with a high level of structured support and practical experience throughout their training period including extensive preparation for the final APC interview."

Scott has gained experience in all aspects of work within the company's professional department assisting with valuations, landlord and tenant instructions and business rates advice. He also works with the agency team across a range of industrial lettings, sales and acquisitions.

Commenting on the achievement Robert Hartley, managing director, said "Scott has been with us for 2 years. He has made an invaluable contribution to the department working on a range of areas. He now has significant agency and professional experience of his own and a very promising career ahead."
