DTZ - General - Weston-Super-Mare

The building consultancy division of Bristol property advisers DTZ has been appointed to manage the refurbishment of a science laboratory at Wyvern Community School and Sports College in Marchfields Way, Weston-super-Mare.

The £90,000 project, which is being funded and carried out under the Government's 'Classrooms for the Future' programme, includes the installation of new high-tech facilities and advanced ICT computer systems.

Work will be completed by the start of the Autumn term in September this year.

Wyvern Community School is a community comprehensive school which has just received its best-ever Ofsted report.

DTZ is also managing the installation of a £50,000 community base at the school.
