Acting on behalf of Easy Bus Ltd, Michael Berman & Co have acquired a new headquarters at Hamilton House, North Circular Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7UB.

The premises are situated approx 400 yards to the south of Hanger Lane Gyratory System and comprise an art-deco style two storey office building together with a single storey warehouse to the rear totalling approximately 23,280 sq.ft. on a site area of circa one acre.

A price of £2.38 million was paid for the benefit of the freehold interest.
